Gina Rautenberg is a digital content strategist and lifelong feminist who resides in the Bay Area. After years of offering informal career pep talks and resume assistance to family and friends, Gina launched 78 Cents Project in 2017.

The Power Panel

The Power Panel is comprised of female hiring experts and decision-makers who represent varying industries. A member of the Power Panel reviews every resume and cover letter to ensure it makes it past the hiring manager's inbox.
